THE COMPANY:

We are an independent agency in Chesterfield, Mo., working with multiple insurance carriers to provide the best service to our clients. Our agency has grown substantially since its inception in 1976 due in large part to our professional staff, many of whom have been with the agency for over 10 years.

THE POSITION:

We’re looking for a full-time Personal Lines Customer Service Representative with a desire to serve our clients with the excellence they deserve. This includes fielding questions from our clients and advising them in their insurance needs, quoting risks, and improving client retention, among other things.
